Hi Andy. Thank you for your post. I really like the picture you found that summarizes formative assessment and summative assessments. I also agree with your point of view. The formal assessment includes the questions answered in class. Summative assessments is the assessment of knowledge points after a period of learning. But I think it would be better if you can give more examples to illustrate the relationship between these two assessments

Hi Andy. Thank you for your post. I agree with you very much. Kahoot is a very good example of gamification teaching. When I use Kahoot for the first time in class, I am very happy every time I get the first point, even if there is no reward. Another example you provided, “Hangman”, is also a very classic game, which can be a great help in gamification teaching.

Hi Yiyang. Thank you for your post. I think your experiment in video editing is very interesting. I also like the video editing teaching this week. You have done a good job describing the difference between SMAR and TPACK. I also agree with your point of view. Whenever teachers choose multimedia or video as teaching materials, they will take into account the students’ learning goals, the ease of use, cost, and safety of the media.

Hi Andy. Thank you for your post. Your sketchnote summarizes the content of SAMR very well. I think it would be better if you could introduce Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, and Redefinition. And you mentioned that there are several advantages of using the SAMR model. I think it would be better if you can explain it with examples in daily life.

Hi Andy. Thank you for your post. I think you have summarized these concepts very well, and at the same time you have also applied the knowledge of multimedia learning, and summarized the Signaling principle and Spatial Contiguity Principle very well through pictures.

Hi, Andy. In the same way, I think it is very good for you to combine what you have observed in real life with the knowledge you have learned. I very much agree with you that many students are motivated to study only for grades and graduation. Therefore, in teaching, we should design as many real-world tasks as possible to make students more motivated to learn.

Hi Andy, thank you for your blog, I think it is very good that you can observe small details in your life. Generally speaking, third-grade students will not be too concentrated, and the use of a large number of multimedia methods can indeed attract students’ attention well. It gave me a lot of inspiration, thank you very much.
